As our Sales Representative, you must be able to communicate effectively and demonstrate strong product knowledge and problem solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Climb roofs and assess overall condition of the roofing system
- Communicate effectively with your customers throughout the entire process
- Meet and work with insurance adjusters to get roof damage approved for replacement
- Create estimates for customers
- Manage roof replacement projects
Lead Generation: Identify and create a steady pipeline of potential residential roofing projects through various means, including cold calling, door-to-door canvassing, online lead generation, and referrals.
Customer Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with prospective clients to assess their roofing needs, understand their preferences, and offer suitable solutions.
Roofing Expertise: Stay informed about the latest roofing materials, techniques, and industry trends to provide clients with expert advice and recommendations.
Estimation and Quoting: Accurately measure and assess roofing projects, preparing detailed estimates and quotes, taking into account materials, labor, and any necessary permits.
Presentation: Deliver compelling and informative presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our roofing services and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate and close sales deals, striving to achieve revenue targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Documentation: Maintain organized records of all sales activities, including client interactions, project details, and financial transactions.
Collaboration: Work closely with the roofing installation team to ensure a seamless transition from sale to project execution, maintaining effective communication throughout the process.
Client Relationship Management: Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, addressing post-sale inquiries, and conducting follow-ups.
Market Research: Stay informed about local competition, market trends, and industry regulations to adapt strategies and stay competitive.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends, as necessary.
Working Conditions:
This position primarily involves outdoor sales activities, client visits, and occasional office work. It will require working in varying weather conditions and climbing ladders or accessing rooftops for assessments.

Salary: $77,442.00 - $191,748.00 per year
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
